Re: Wilson Canyon to Bodie
There is a lot of riding in that area. Yes you can go to mono lake and beyond from there, eventually all the way to Bishop. The Mt. Patterson ride, elev ation 11,600 is a great ride. Pine grove, Del monte canyons, and just about everthing in between is worth seeing. There is also a small hot spring ...

Yes, you can. You can ride north of the rv park all the way to yeringon if you want. If you go south down the shoulder of hudson aurora road, which is legal. It will give you access to all the trails i rode on. You can hit trail 463 just a couple of miles down, or go a little farther and hit trail 1...

I take my wife to the pipi area. It has plenty of fs roads and a marked trail system with nothing to extreme. It can get busy on the weekends, but there's plenty of room. Take 16 to plymouth, take right on sheandoah valley road, take that all the way through mt aukum. Take right on omo ranch road, t...

bogged down 700
One of my riding buddies has an 05 700 sportsman. He took it through some water this weekend. Since then he looses power at about 4000 rpm. It just won't run past that. If you take off real easy, it runs ok, but if you hit it, it just bogs down. Anybody experience this?

red dog road
I have a buddy who went riding this weekend off of 174, and red dog road. He said it was a good ride, and that he would go back again. Anybody familiar with this area? I should be more specific, he took 174 off of 80, then turned right on red dog road.....

snow ride
I took the leek springs trip, i doubt that you'll be able to get up that high anymore. I'm sure the snow is way too deep know. However, you can hit some of the pipi trails now. The best way to access them now is via sopiago creek road. That is a few miles past omo ranch, turn onto road, there are pl...

A couple of my riding partners own grizzlies. I can report no problems with them. They go every where i go on my king quad. For the money i would go with the king quad. We swap bikes on out rides, and they both said the king quad is faster, and handles alot easier. I also like the lower center of gr...

We managed 40 miles today, 7 of us showed up. We went up to leek springs. There was about 3-4 inches of frozen snow on the ground. What a beautiful day. This was the first time in Dec. that we have been able to get up that high. The snow is usually 3-4ft high by know. Now is the time to go, no dust ...
