Another masterpiece. Great shots and editing, Ghost Rider. You really did justice to that beautiful trail.
Nice choice of music, too. Who'd-a thunk that the greatest "American" western movie and soundtrack would have been done by a couple of Italians shooting in Spain?
That spot you show at 6:40 and again at 7:14 reminds me of our last ride on that trail. We were at that exact spot when a convoy of Japanese tourists on their first ATV ride came up the trail. They had perfect riding position, both hands firmly on the handlebars, as they cruised by us at 3-4 mph with nervous smiles on their face.
I don't know if you care or not, but your credits said Junction, UT and you may have meant Panguitch, UT. Not too much in Junction except for this motel that was apparently designed for dwarfs:

P.S. - We rode to Casto Canyon from Circleville, but it was a hike and we rode on to Ruby's Inn instead of riding all the way back. Riding back would have made for a REALLY long day.

GG
We did ride from Junction to Casto Canyon and back. We stayed at the old Paiute Conty Court House in Junction. You can rent the place. Mostly for large groups. I would say up to 20 could stay at a time, with no problem.
We eye balled the place you stayed and said no thanks.

Wow, how many miles was that?Ghost_Rider wrote:GG

I dug up my track log from 2006 and it shows 105 miles from Circleville to Casto Canyon, down the trail and into Panguitch for lunch, back up Casto Canyon and on south to Ruby's Inn. Casto to Ruby's Inn looks to be shorter than Casto to Circleville, and Casto to Junction would be further still.

Zowie!! You guys are mad dogs. The whole dang Ghost Rider family cranks out a 165-miler AND gets it on video. I bow down to the greatness of your collective genes.

Wow bow down to the collective genes? We are a family that loves to ride and get as much of it in as we can when we can. Bobbie Jo my daughter and Anthony are from New York and have a chance to come ride once a year and want to make the most of every hour. LOL
But thanks you have done plenty of great rides yourself. I look forward to seeing more video of what you have been up to\.

Nothing really new, Flyin Boy and I decided to take a break from videoing and just ride. Episode 6 of Adventure World is the last episode we've done so far.Ghost_Rider wrote:I look forward to seeing more video of what you have been up to
However, I'm working on a 'Gun Cam' for my new rifle. Hopefully I'll shoot straight and not take out the 'Target Cam'. Yet another of my hair-brained ideas to destroy perfectly good video gear, eh? As if I haven't destroyed enough already...
