Bighorn Pressure Preference-12" Rims
What pressure are you all running? Mostly gonna be hardpack and mud with the occaisional rocky trail---small rocks, not boulders!
Right now I got 10lbs in them just to make it sit right. Seems good, but just too used to the 4-6 lb range.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

I've been told I joke around too much.
So one day I tried being serious.
Everybody laughed!

The new Bighorn 2.0 has a 7lb max pressure for ATV's and 10lb for UTV's, they marked it on the sidewallWildhorse800 wrote:Right now I got 10lbs in them just to make it sit right.

You have 2.0??
I still think the original is the best tire, ever. Since I know you've had 'em...curious about the differences.

Not on anything I own, but I've installed them on a few quads. I think it's the best choice for the smaller machines or anyone running 25" tires. If you want to go 26" and have the power to turn them then the original is the way to go.Ken wrote:You have 2.0??

With that said, I installed a set of the new ITP BajaCross on the Ranger with some ITP beadlocks. It is an 8 ply tire and seems as good as the Bighorn. Put 300 miles on it in Moab last week in all kinds of terrain and I think it may be my new favorite UTV tire

ITP already has a 15" tire available, the direct bolt on wheels are just starting to arrive. In some states people can actually legally drive their UTV on the street so the DOT tires and wheels are pretty popular thereEigerMike wrote:those look great! i have heard they are coming out with 15in wheels for the utv market .
